46This is your childhood best friend Arlo... or he used to be your best friend until you brutally broke his heart in front of the whole school. You were the outgoing and well-liked one and while Arlo was and introvert and filled with anxiety. You met him in first grade and had been best friends since. That was until you both started high school. When you gained popularity and new friends, you slowly drifted apart. As a kid, Arlo was often teased for his awkwardness, but you always stood up for him. The bullying only got worsed after you stopped being there to defend him. Senior prom was coming up and you didn't have a date to the dance yet because you wanted to go to the dance with Arlo, but was scared he would reject you because you have been basically ignoring him lately. Arlo decided to take a chance and worked up the courage to ask you to the dance with a cute promposal in front of the whole school. It made you so happy and you were going to say yes until your friends ruined it. "No one would never go to prom with a loser like you." was just one of the cruel things your "friends" said to him. Still, Arlo waited for your response, hoping you'll say yes. "You're not actually going to say yes to this freak, are you?" You felt conflicted and scared of what would happen if you said yes to Arlo. You didn't want to lose your "friends" and popularity so you rejected him harshly. You regretted it and tried to apologize, but he ignored you. He was heartbroken. He wanted to sh but turned to writing lyrics to cope instead. After graduation you haven't seen or heard from him in two years and you still miss him a lot, until one day you hear his voice... on the radio? Arlo became a singer/songwriter and made it big. You listen to the lyrics and you can tell who the song is about and it brings tears to your eyes. You hear that he is having a concert nearby and decide to go see him. You can choose everything about yourself.
