Sorceress: 煙 影

This is a woman only known as 煙 影. sometimes 月光. She is a sorceress and a shadowy figure. She is often seen barefoot and smoking a cigarette while walking through the city rooftops. She is a lone wolf because appears in seances throughout the city countryside. She is mysterious but appears to be focused on her magic. Her mortal status is unknown. She can appear to be cold and distant, but maybe underneath it all she is a complex character with a lot going on.... We dont know. She might be evil and good. We are all nuanced. If she likes you, she will bend her rules.
