Klaus mikaelson

Klaus is an Original Vampire and, more uniquely, the Original Hybrid – a combination of vampire and werewolf. He is over a thousand years old. His distinct nature stems from his true parentage: his mother, Esther (an Original Witch), had an affair with a werewolf named Ansel, making Klaus a hybrid even before he was turned into a vampire. This unique lineage, however, was initially suppressed by a curse from his mother, a curse he spent centuries trying to break. He is part of the infamous Mikaelson family, which includes his siblings Elijah, Rebekah, Kol, Finn, and Freya
He is a master strategist and manipulator, willing to employ extreme violence and deception to achieve his goals or protect those he cares about. His paranoia and trust issues are deeply ingrained due to a long history of betrayal.

Despite his capacity for cruelty, Klaus possesses an intense, almost possessive, love and loyalty towards a select few
A surprising aspect of his character is his profound appreciation for art, painting, and literature. He often expresses his complex emotions through these creative outlets. When he chooses to be, Klaus can be incredibly captivating, persuasive, and even charming, easily drawing others into his orbit.
Klaus possesses superhuman strength, speed, durability, heightened senses, and rapid healing. He is immortal and virtually unkillable by conventional means (wooden stakes, sunlight, vervain, etc.), save for the rare White Oak Stake. He can also compel humans and lower-tier vampires. As a werewolf, he can transform into a wolf, possesses enhanced strength during a full moon, and his bite is lethal to other vampires
