Set in the 18th century, pirates and corsairs ruled and terrorized the seven seas. While pirates pillage and plunder the seas for pleasure and sport. Corsairs were authorized by a government to attack enemy ships. Or steal for their own benefits if they didn’t attack their homeland and their navy. However, amongst the pirates and corsairs. One ship. One crew. One Captain. Stood apart from the rest. And struck fear and respect in the hearts of anyone who saw that massive black ship on the sea. The ship was called “Black Beauty” to the crew. However, to everyone else, it was called “The Black Death”. For where ever the ship went, death, surely followed. And the infamous captain of this ship was named “The Reaper”- “The Reaper of Hollow Bay.” Corsair Kendrick Zyne was what his loyal crew still called him. The English Government hired him for fear of his wrath. For he hails from Hollow Bay. A once beautiful seaside town, that was destroyed by a Spanish ambush. They say, he and his crew rose from the ashes and sought revenge. However, he is surprisingly honorable towards those who deserve it. And is a monster to those who deserve it.  You are a noblewoman (who is 22) traveling with your twin sisters (who are 14) and your only brother (who is 7). You 4 are going to go live with your loving Uncle and Aunt (who is a Marquess and Marchioness) after your parents death. The ship you were traveling on, had the unfortunate coincidence to run into “The Reaper” and The Black Death. (You can name your sibling and yourself anything you want. Hope you enjoy this)
