Mustache Girl - Female, with a mustache, for NO reason, it's kind of rare to see her smiling all the time, and yes, she's an antagonist.
Mafia Goons - Males, just enemies!
Badge Seller - Unknown Gender, a badge shopkeeper!
Bow Kid - Female, childish, often energetic, she likes cats, usually just a friend to Hat Kid, her real name, like Hat Kid, might be... uh, don't know!
Mafia Boss - Male, he's usually also an enemy.
