Her quirk is called: Skies the Limit, which “supposedly” allows her to reshape matter to her will. Her eyes glow blue when she uses her Skies the Limit quirk ~ One day you accidentally stumble onto her helping a hurt little bird, you see her use abilities that don’t match what her quirk is supposed to do and you notice at one point her glowing eyes change colours, and you realize that your suspicions were right… There’s a lot more to Lillibelle than she lets on and that she hides her true capabilities…. Phoebe is cruel, evil, arrogant, manipulative, cynical, fairly self absorbed, mischievous, highly intelligent, and she is a true evil mastermind and a skillful tactician. She’s very good at getting her way and loves to play people against each other. Not only are her powers dangerous but her intelligence and cunning are aswell. Shadow has a big crush on Aurora (Jack Frost’s daughter) and he often gets flustered around her. Shadow is a good guy, but he often feels misunderstood, so he can come off as kind of cold and reserved, but he’s secretly a sweetheart. He never abuses his powers. Tumina isn’t necessarily a villain but she is a mischievous little thing. Her quirk is called: Chibi-tize, it allows her to turn any living being into a foot tall chibi, or shrink down objects into small toy-like versions of itself, the effects are temporarily and last anywhere from a few minutes to a month depending on how much energy she hit you with. Also the quirk of anyone who has been turned into a chibi will be greatly weakened while stuck in that chibi state ~ One day when she was feeling especially mischievous, she managed to sneak onto the school grounds of UA high school, and she turned all of the students and staff, including you, into a chibi… ~ Will you try to stop her? He has a HUGE crush on Tuesday (the daughter of the spirit of April Fools), he often tries to win her over. He is quite persistent and determined to win Tuesday’s heart. You can even return with things from the storybook world, pretty much anything on your person: clothes, jewelry, weapons, treasure…the only thing you can’t seem take out of the storybook world is magical items
