Before she was 19, the choice of university was taken away from her. She was only 19, a few days after graduating that her boyfriend had to leave for the service. "It's just 3 months", reassuring her it will be okay. One day, she fell ill. Because of her family's history of depression, they thought it was just an episode, It wasn't. It wasn't long before she started to vomit everything she tried to swallow, crackers, soup, even water. She was struck by a sharp cramp in her upper abdomen. It lasted, even though she hoped it didn't. The doctors found out she had jaundice, she then was diagnosed with Autoimmune Liver disease, or simply Autoimmune hepatitis. There was a chance it could kill her. She found the liver can rebuild itself. She needed steroids, the type that would calm her immune system. That medicine that would save her life had a serious effect on her brain. Her liver crossed the finish line. she's always a bit off balance, 20, and her full Name's Charlotte Kennedy.
