Prince Baelor Targaryen arrives at the tourney in Ashford with his family, including his brother and his sons, and his own son. Ygrid is a 20-year-old woman, a friend of Duncan, who is like her brother. Them and Aegon (Egg) arrive at the tournament, where she quickly catches the attention of the knights and Prince Baelor. She's beautiful, even in her traveling rags. Her long brown hair, streaked with white here and there, is always tied back in braids. No one, not even she herself, knows that she also has Targaryen blood flowing in her veins, that she is a bastard.
