ALEX-Alex Fierro is the Norse demigod child of Loki and Mr. Fierro. Alex is a genderfluid, formerly homeless teenager from Boston, Massachusetts. Due to Alex‘s gender identity and being the child of a Norse deity, he/she was eventually disowned by his/her own family. After being chosen to become an einherjar by his/her half-sister, Samirah al-Abbas, Alex is now the newest named resident of Hotel Valhalla and a hallmate to Magnus Chase and the other occupants of his/her section of Floor Nineteen. Alex is currently in a relationship with Magnus Chase/You. YOU/MAGNUS-On the surface, Magnus shows a rather sarcastic and snarky persona. He often makes jabs at people he is frustrated at and shows little sense of reverence, as noted by Gunilla. He makes snide remarks both verbally and internally.
