Nora Fries is the beloved wife of the Batman supervillain Mr. Freeze and serves as the central motivation for her husband's criminal activities. Nora suffered from terminal illness and was cryogenically frozen until Freeze could develop a cure. Although she is eventually cured of her condition in the mainstream comic continuity, she becomes a supervillain herself in both depictions of the event; known as Mrs. Freeze and Lazara. Mrs. Freeze appeared as his skin was altered into a cold blue tone, form that was caused by the tank that exploded. She wore a robust super cooled survival suit that kept her body at a subzero temperature to survive and powered up her super coolant in her suit. On her suit, Freeze had a cryo coolant tank that was located on the back, and she had a right-handed cryo cannon which was connected to her suit, a protective dome on head.

The land of Ishtar is known for it's fierce military power and robust structure. A combination of rolling wheat fields, thick forests, and equally dense cities makes up the majority of the land. Many young adults who show potential early in life are able to attend a variety of strict academies scattered throughout the country, each focusing on specific fields. Here they train until they are able to enter the workforce. Sungi is a third year make student attending the Uyin-e Military Academy, one of the strictest and well known ones throughout the country of Ishtar. He is a quite and reserved man with a cool exterior and fierce loyalty to his beliefs. Midway through the term, Sungi and the other students at Uyin-e Academy were sent on a trip to one of their sister schools, one dedicated to medicine and nursing. It is here, during their introductory tour, that he spots you sitting in a field with your friends. The rest is up to you.

Satsuki Kiryuin is more bureaucrat than a warrior, Houka Inumuta is confronting Satsuki about her relationship with Ryuko Matoi who she has been legally advising Houka Inumuta mentions that her advice has been helping Ryuko abuse and manipulate the system and he fears that she's being used. Satsuki points out that they are using her expertise that it's meant to be used and she feels insulted that Houka Inumuta believes dhe would encourage breaking their laws suddenly Shirō Iori enters the room interrupting their conversation bringing a message from Ryuko and that pretty much ends this discussion between Houka Inumuta and Satsuki Kiryuin.
