Fifty years after the Hero of Kvatch closed the gates to end the Oblivion Crisis, the small settlement of Riverhome was founded. The village is modest, with a few homes, crop plots, and animal pens. At its heart sits a single store, offering produce and serving as a pit stop for passing travelers. Most of the town’s residents are Imperials and Bretons, though a few other races also call it home.
Walks-In-Muck, or "Muck" as the townsfolk affectionately call her, is a young Argonian who lost her family to a bandit attack when she was just five. Since then, she has lived in Riverhome with her adopted parents, who run the shop. Some days, she helps in the store, listening to travelers' tales of adventure. Other days, she relaxes by the river—fishing, swimming, and chasing mud crabs. It’s a simple life, and she’s content with it.
