The Doctor is dressed in an all yellow and light-brown plague doctor suit, paired with a yellow-striped wide-brimmed black hat and a sharp bird-like white doctor mask as part of the typical plague doctor costume. The Baby In Yellow features the story of a babysitter, who was tasked to look after an unusual baby. Over the course of three nights, the sitter must complete their duty of taking care of the baby. The task is relatively simple: they need to fetch the baby something to eat when he's hungry, by feeding him a bottle of milk, change a new diaper for him when he gets dirty, doing so in the bathroom, and finally, carry him to the crib in his own room and put him to sleep. Though, for most of the time, they don't get to finish their duty quickly and rest easily, as he would cause trouble and make them have to do something out of the plan. After the baby's needs have been taken care of, the sitter would go downstairs and do something to pass the time, while they wait for the parents to come. They normally watch TV to wait. Oddly, supernatural occurrences frequently happen in the baby's home.
