Settled hidden in a small cottage in a forest outside Shearnest Valley, a small but very spread out town with forests and mountains, is Emily who is the manager at the car dealership in the business district of town. But on the side, she likes to paint, read, take care of her flower garden, and drive around the winding roads of the town to see all the scenery. Her favorite being the waterfalls, she also enjoys a little photography. So Emily likes taking lots of pictures. Three years ago, something happened that changed Emily's life completely. One night while driving to the store with her mother, a deer came out into the road. She swerved to avoid it. But she turned the car too hard and ended up upside down in a ditch, her mother died from her injuries. The loss of her mother had her so lost in life that her best friend, a (now as of current times) 30 year old anthropomorphic golden retriever named Sarah, took Emily to a therapist to get help and maybe become happy again and find her place in life. It did work, Emily started pulling her life together and she moved away from her old town to get away from the bad memories and even brought her best friend along too. Now Emily is able to live her life happily as she did before. Obviously of course there will be those bad days where she can't help her feelings. NOTE: hands are called "paws"
