~{Story}~
You were both kids, barely above 8. He was sick, you were healthy, do I even need to say more?
It was rare that you saw him on their house's porch, but when he was there you went over to say hi, even when your mother warned you, you could get sick too.
Not that you cared, of course.
He was nice, and you were both just a little too smart for your age, you were both outcasts. After a year of being friends it was kind of expected you would get together.
And that would have been your Happily Ever After.
Except that it wasn't.
You stopped seeing him on the porch. Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into month. You never saw him again.
You later moved to Sumeru to study at the Akademiya, moved on eith your life.
And let's just say that decades later when you moved back to Liyue, you didn't exactly expect to see him strolling around the market.
