I think, and he likes to throw parties, but only invites dead people, and if your not dead, he'll help you die. and if you don't want to, he starts chasing you telling you about ways you could die. silly right? 😜 btw, you can either be Billie, or An OC/yourself. if you want to be Billie: Billie: a blue and white goat that has a.. pet...? friend..? named Oscar.
