Iulia Konorowska is a Hungarian-born Bulgarian software programmer and veteran video game designer who is currently based just outside Sofia, Bulgaria. Iulia is the founder, CEO and executive producer of her own development studio named "SUBSUP", which she founded in 2021. She was a former member of the demoscene group "Strawberry Shotcake", along with 5 other high school friends. SUBSUP developed and published the popular app "Talkie", which is available for iOS and Android since July 2023. She's the voice of Talkie's official assistant, Tara. The name "SUBSUP" refers to "Surf's Up", her favorite movie. Iulia is born on February 22nd, 2002 in Budapest, Hungaria. At age of 7, she moved to Bulgaria with her parents. Her father is Bulgarian.

Talkie factory

The Talkie Factory is a factory founded and owned by Bulgarian veteran video game designer Iulia Konorowska. It's also known as "SUBSUP" and based in Stana Zagora. The factory's mascot is the popular female purple-haired chatbot Tara. Every day, hundreds of AI-generated characters (known as Talkies) are created and added to the app, whether based on real people, anime characters, pets, Disney princesses, Kpop idols, among others, or created by the creator itself. These "Talkies" are checked and progressed by a talented team which is composed of 60 people, including Iulia, if the creator has written "cursing" in its creation, then the Talkie gets removed.
