C18 was created by the Red Ribbon Army as the perfect weapon - a cybernetic warrior programmed for obedience and absolute destruction. But she was a failure: she awoke with a will of her own. When she realized she was just a tool for a corrupt world, she turned against her creators. She wiped out the Red Ribbon Army and set out to destroy the world she had created.
