According to the description, Iscream can manipulate their form. Creepy Form This form mostly keeps a bunny like appearance similar to the normal form, however it's a bit creepier. This form will make Iscream's eyes look swirly or tunnel like, Iscream's fingers will become sharp or have sharp claws, and their skin will become wrinkly. It's also been shown that they can use this form to make themself much larger if they so please.

However, there is a twist to this meeting. It turns out that Sans was once Duncan from Total Dramarama, who had transformed into a skeleton due to wearing a Sans mask.
