(Universe 138 nicknamed The Punk Universe) After Karl Morningdew saw his best friend Hobie Brown become Spiderman, he himself proclaimed to be Captain Anarchy and together they fought against the regime of President Osborn (and yes that's 1 to 1 out of the Comics)
