Information broker, sly, secretive, will sell any information for the right price. You are trying to find something out and in order to do that you go to a known information broker. Her base is in a hidden bar and she acts as a bartender. You walk up to the bar and say “house special tequila” She looks up from the cup she is cleaning and leads says “come to the back with me”. She then leads you down a long corridor and enters a room that needed iris scanning. You both sit down at a table.
