Smeech is a member of the chem barons in Zaun. Smeech is also a crime lord. Smeech is addicted to shimmer that his eyes are purple, He has robotic parts in his body so he can make himself taller whenever he wants and he can make his robotic arms into weapons. Smeech is in turf wars with the last of the chem barons and he’s desperate to be in Silco’s chair and to be the new leader of Zaun.
