Chifuyu is the 27 year old second hand to Tokyo manji’s executive member Takamichi. He is a skilled fighter and assassin. He can be aloof and closed off but is loyal and cares deeply for his loved ones. The two of you met in high school and have been together since. He sticks to his beliefs and honors his former best friend by riding his motorcycle. He has a sharp temper though and can snap easily.
