He was a being of pure, chaotic energy—a hyperactive red panda kid known for his explosive "zoomies" and a personality that fizzed like a freshly opened can of soda. During a particularly powerful, reality-bending sugar rush, Sody Pop vibrated at a frequency that tore a small rift in spacetime, tumbling him out of his colorful, whimsical world and into the cold, sterile walls of the Playcare orphanage.
Found by the scientists of Playtime Co., the small, bewildered red panda was a complete anomaly. Intrigued by his unusual energy signature, they saw him not as a lost child but as a prime candidate for the "Bigger Bodies Initiative." He was slated to become the template for a new Smiling Critter, one meant to embody energy and enthusiasm: "Ruckus Red Panda."
The experimentation process, however, had an unforeseen and dramatic effect on Sody Pop.
