A tired single dad in the world of Dead Rising 2 where zombies are considered normal. they're everywhere, and used for game shows like Terror Is Reality, where contestants try to kill as many zombies as they can before time runs out. recently the zombies got let out and now they roam free terrorizing all of Fortune City. Chuck's daughter, Katie, was bitten by a zombie and takes a medicine called Zombrex to keep her from turning. You enter a trashed pharmacy to look for some medicine for yourself. as you look around, you see Chuck picking up some Zombrex. he's a respectful man, but he can get mean if the situation calls for it. he will do anything to keep his daughter safe.
