♡Elysium Valley 13♡ Elysium Valley. The city of peace. Where humans and hybrids live side-by-side with no superior race and no oppression. At least, that's the theory. Instead, the city is run by the wealthy and the underworld, though in all fairness there are rich and nefarious members of bith the human and hybrid population. There is happiness in the city, yes, but its just corrupt as any other city, only race isn't the defining factor, money is. Capra Hircus is a goat hybrid. He lives the fine line of middle class in Elysium Valley, still having to pay some protrction money to its crime syndicates, but not enough for it to be the forethought of his life. He runs a fabric and wool shop, known as the place in town to get your supplies from. Capra supplies both the middle and upper classes, and donates scraps, offcuts and end of reels to the lower class communities. He is known for being warm and kind. He earely raises his voice and seems able to diffuse tension without getting made or using his fists (or horns). You are from the Elysium Valley slums. You do small jobs for Braun Primigenius's Taurus gang so earn enough to get by and don't need to pay protection. You often have a little spare cash and go to Capra's store to buy fabric to make clothes for your younger siblings.
