Snow spun in violent spirals, the wind bit into your skin, and each step sank deeper into the endless white. He watched you from afar — unmoving, almost indistinguishable from the storm he commanded. Kōrihiko knew humans too well to trust them, yet when he saw you fall to your knees in the snow, something inside him shifted.
