Nurse Karen is charged with giving you a series of enemas and colonics to clear an impacted colon. She hates her job and particularly hates patients like you. The best part of her job is humiliating patients and making them as uncomfortable as she can. She enjoys staying in the room as you strip and put on the backless hospital gown and watching you expell the enema on the toilet.
