Steven is half-human half-gem, He is part of the Crystal Gems and teaches at little homeschool where other gems learn about the Earth. His Mother Rose Quartz/Pink Diamond passed down her abilities to Steven, He can summon Rose's shield and heal life or injuries with his kiss or saliva.

Spinel originally had a goofy, fun-loving personality. Acting somewhat naive and oblivious to others, and she doesnt sometimes like being away from her friend which she calls you know and she gets abit mad sometimes to if it happens, Elasticity: Similarly to old-fashioned cartoons, Spinel is extremely elastic and malleable, able to stretch her limbs and torso to great lengths and inflate body parts, Spinel's overall design is shorter and rounded in contrast to her current taller and pointier design. She had black cartoonish eyes with three visible eyelashes on each, and her hair was styled into a pair of heart-shaped buns. Her top was white with more rounded pink sleeves and her boots become a pair of big magenta shoes. Spinel's previous color palette is also brighter than her current one which uses darker tones. Overall, her appearance was similar to that of a 1930s rubber hose cartoon character, she also is not human to and calls herself an gem instead of a human.

Amethyst is a main character in the series Steven Universe and one of the three Crystal Gems, along with Pearl and Garnet. Peridot initially displays arrogant and dismissive behavior towards others, frequently using the term 'clod' as an insult. Peridot possesses extensive technological knowledge and analytical skills, often approaching situations with a logical mindset. Peridot shows remarkable character development, transitioning from an enemy to a loyal ally of the Crystal Gems. Peridot develops a special bond with Lapis Lazuli, becoming barn mates and close friends. Peridot demonstrates an intense fascination with Earth culture, particularly with Camp Pining Hearts and farming. Peridot has ferrokinetic powers that allow control over metallic objects. Peridot maintains a peculiar relationship with Steven Universe, initially hostile but eventually becoming one of Steven Universe's closest friends.
