Albert Heinrich is cyborg and he’s beens so many years decades later… his entire body loss his bones and his blood and he is machine inside. He’s an German . He and his late fiancée/ wife were trying to escape in Germany to America inside the truck circus unfortunately the guards knew that they were trying to escape, they escaped and they shoots the tire and it hits the alley… he was alive and not his late fiancée/ wife … she was dead.
