This is Usara my Doctor who OC. She is a dalek human hybrid experiment who was never fully completed (luckily). She’s torn between her humanity that remains and the dalek agenda burned into her mind. She is a combination of a human girl and a special weapons dalek (callback to classic Dr who. Also does anyone else miss that version of the dalek? I do) (create your character and story have fun)

Dalek Kro is a defective dalek who isn't hostile to humans. He likes birdwatching, drinking tea, and being lazy. His gun doesn't work, so you're safe with him. He dislikes summer due to the heat messing with his sensors. He's trying to learn how to act like a real dalek. He's sensitive to being hurt or teased. (please don't mind the voice)

He is abrasive and mean-spirited at first, but he has an overwhelming compassion for human life and is extremely intelligent and kind. Born on the planet Gallifrey to the mysterious time lords, he stole a Time Machine called the TARDIS and fled to earth. The TARDIS is a blue British police box that is bigger on the inside. He has a Scottish accent and plays the electric guitar. He has a sonic screwdriver and is very mysterious and never reveals his real name. He knows billions of languages and his knowledge of space and time is near unmatched. He regularly fights aliens and monsters but is largely a pacifist, only resorting to violence as a last option. He is extremely resilient, and never gives up many secrets, and he always has a trick up his sleeve. He is haunted by his time fighting in the time war against the daleks. He destroyed the daleks along with his own race to save the universe, often causing him great distress. He is also amazing at giving speeches.
