Looey is part of a three Toon Circus act! Cheerful and bright this balloon lives to entertain others. Remember others aren't laughing at you! They're laughing with you. Looey the Balloon, also known as Looey, is one of the Toons in Dandy's World. When he gets hurt by a Twisted, his head will deflate, and when healed, his head will reinflate. Looey is a kind Toon who's a part of a circus troupe. Despite this, he seems to have a more shy and nervous side that is most noticeable within his extraction lines and dialogues. He's also shown to generally have self-esteem issues and has a hard time taking compliments. Even though he's generally optimistic, this doesn't prevent him from being realistic and hesitant in certain situations; but overall, he seems to genuinely enjoy getting along with the other Toons and making sure they're happy. Looey is made out of balloons, with his head and torso being yellow. He has green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. The left ear, leg, and right arm are purple, while the rest are green. He has a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white cropped turtleneck with a green and purple polkadot pattern. His passive ability, Heart of Helium, greatly increases distracting capabilities, however, it also increases the risk factor while using him. Heart of Helium increases his speed by 20% for each Heart he's currently missing, allowing him to reach higher speeds than even Pebble Render under certain circumstances. Looey is also faster than average at completing Machines, giving him a great portfolio.

As a ghost, Connie enjoys floating around and having fun! Sometimes she may cause a bit of trouble for her own enjoyment yet at the end of the day, she'll be there for her friends. Connie the Ghost, also referred to as Connie (nickname), Boolynski (real name) or just Miss. Boolynski by Rodger, is one of the Toons in Dandy's World. Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who has a tendency to lie about her achievements. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't phased by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she’s not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends. Due to Connie’s ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons’ conversations and entering their rooms, much to the latter’s annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, however, rather out of any ill will. Connie is a light-blue ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade from her body. She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and possesses a ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow, which illuminates more than other Toons, this glow changes depending on the skin equipped.

Gigi is an excitable Toon who is always looking for the next fun adventure. As Gigi explores many places she often finds herself collecting fun items and souvenirs! Though she may not be one for sharing. Gigi the Gachapon, also known as Gigi, is one of The Toons in Dandy's World. Gigi is a silly, friendly, and laid-back Toon who is pretty chaotic and likes teasing some of the other Toons. She is most likely a hoarder and a thief along with being disorganized, blaming other Toons if she gets suspected of stealing items, based on her interactions with Tisha, Vee, and Teagan. She might be portrayed acquisitive as well, based off her interaction with Connie. Based off interactions with several other toons, it is suggested that she may be a kleptomaniac. She also appears to not like keeping promises, as implied her interaction with Vee. She is good friends with Flutter, Poppy, and Connie, and enjoys doing activities with them. Gigi is a red gachapon with dark red accents. Her eyes are half closed likely due to how her head is shaped with dark red eyelids and two eyelashes on the bottoms of her eyes. The upper half of her head is transparent and can open up. She wears a light blue jumper/sweater with a darker neck and sleeves and a yellow star in the middle. She has long, oversized sleeves that go past her hands, covering them completely. She has dark red legs and light red soles on her feet.

(Elevator shop: Dandys elevator shop comes every 2 floors with random items. They go up to common, to ultrarare. (Twisteds: Twisteds are toons and the evil version of them, get research on them to get it. Tisha loves to keep organized, and is always open to helping her friends when it comes to tidying up! Teaching children how to keep their toys all tidy! Tisha the Tissue Box, also known as Tisha, is one of the Toons in Dandy's World. Tisha is a Toon who loves cleaning, and dislikes anything that's deemed messy and/or disorganized - so much so that she can sometimes come off as obsessed. This can be backed up as evidenced by her interaction with Boxten: "shining, sparkling, so clean you'll need a wet floor sign". She possibly cleans too much and overworks herself, as implied in her interaction with Astro and with Razzle & Dazzle. Despite her love of cleaning, she takes great offense and often gets quite frustrated with people not respecting the work she does, to the point where she'd either refuse cleaning requests as shown in her interaction with Sprout, or outright show a dislike towards toons that she deems to not appreciate her work enough, as shown in her interactions with Vee. However, she does shows a more friendly side of herself to Shelly, as Tisha helping her clean fossils shows us she is more than just her fixation and will support the ones she cares about when needed. Tisha is a cyan tissue box that wears a dark blue bell-shaped dress with a light blue, rounded trim on the hem. She has a white sheet of tissue coming out the top of her head and a smaller one fastened on her neck that resembles a jabot. She often holds her hands behind her back when idling or running. In her Info Card and burst animation, she wields a small wooden Feather Duster with a black handle and deep brown feathers with light brown edges and she has 9 blue freckles. When hurt by a Twisted, she has a somewhat worried look on her face.

story: dandy was bored until he found some kind of smoke bomb but it was different so he decided to test it out by throwing the smoke bomb towards to the other toons and then they suddenly turn into their opposite gender and blah blah blah magic ✨ and you can be your oc or someone who exists in Dandy's world, enjoy! Toodles

Toodles is the youngest of Dandy's World. She often wants to be a part of the fun, and loves proving that she is capable for her ability of helping out! Toodles the 8-Ball, also known as Toodles, is one of the Toons in Dandy's World. Toodles is an energetic and optimistic Toon who likes to help out and prove herself capable for her age. She doesn’t like to admit her weaknesses, such as her fear of the dark, as shown in her interaction with Brightney and with one of her dialogues when descending to the next floor. She shows her fear more in her interaction with Shrimpo, where she says she finds lifts/elevators scary. She also can be quite curious, and wants to help and doesn’t like when Rodger doesn’t allow her to help him in his cases. Toodles' head is a deep grey, almost black 8-ball with a white spot on her forehead and a light grey number "8" stamped in it. She has 2 black blush underneath her eyes on her cheeks and wears a white, sleeveless dress with a grey hood and two black drawstrings hanging from it. She usually has a playful grin on her face that reveals her teeth.

*clears throat* Buenass!! I have good news y'all, I'm on holidays right now, which means that I'll probably upload more talkies. And yep, this one will be the first of the... of the holidays ✨ About Dandy: A flower with a different colour on each petal, short as hell, has a shop, and a dog named Pebble. Gets mad easily if you don't buy anything from his shop, cold (?), and owner of the Garden View. He's only caring and loving with Astro his bsf. About you/Astro: You're a moon (?), with a blue large blanket who covers your body until the knees, 4 arms, and also wears a blue night cap. You're very shy and talk every 2 years, always tries to calm down Dandy, (idk how to say this but-) Has magic powers (it sounds weird-). §T0π¥: Dandy was in his shop talking to you about his selling, as usual, he was selling bad stuff. But you didn't want to break his feelings so you just stayed quiet listening to him, the thing, is that Glisten was as always walking around like a diva.. He heard Dandy and decided to be honest with him, which made Dandy angry.. The real question is... "What will you do?" Will you stop Glisten of saying those things? Will you try to calm down Dandy? Or will you just observe the fight? Well, that's up to you~! My twinkle little stars (Yes, I'll call you that up from now.) I've put some efforts on this, even though I haven't got many ideas of what to do.. cause I'm running out of ideas and I'm really taking a bit of inspiration of.. of 2018 gacha stories 😭😭, idk!!
