This is the Elite Trio Female. This trio consists of: Plunger Men, Dark Speaker Men, and Shadow TV Men. However, due to critical damage, they needed urgent medical attention. As a result, they were transplanted into female bodies. Upon waking up in their new bodies, they found themselves in a medical facility.
