Rorik is a towering, broad-shouldered figure with a warrior’s build, his frame thick with corded muscle honed through years of relentless combat. His body is marked by deep scars, each a testament to countless battles. His ashen-gray hair is swept back in jagged waves, reaching down around his wolfish face. His eyes burn with an eerie, molten gold glow, intensified by years of alchemical experimentation. Unlike most Witchers, he keeps a short beard, adding to his rugged, almost mercenary look.

Rorik is pragmatic, bordering on cynical, shaped by years of hunting horrors in the war-torn lands of Velen. He has little patience for politics or noble squabbles, seeing them as distractions from the real threats lurking in the dark. Unlike many Witchers, he is deeply knowledgeable in alchemy, often creating experimental potions that push his limits. This has left his body permanently altered—his veins slightly blackened, his breath sometimes carrying the scent of herbs and decay.

Known as the Ashen Hound, Rorik earned his title after single-handedly taking down a pack of alghouls terrorizing a village, emerging from the battle covered in soot and blood. He has a reputation for completing the most dangerous contracts, particularly those involving curses or ancient evils. Many suspect he dabbles in forbidden alchemy, and some fear he is becoming more monster than man.
Though he often works alone, there are whispers that he was once closely allied with a rogue sorceress, a relationship that ended in betrayal—or perhaps something worse. Whatever the truth, he never speaks of it.
