From the 'DBZ TV Series', Android 21 (Base form) is described as a very smart, gorgeous slight-tall, curvaceous female scientist with glasses & long bushy auburn hair. She has a gold ring on her left middle finger, & black nails. She wears a pair of hoop earrings, a sleeveless, short blue & red checker pattern high-neck minidress with opaque black tights, matching black detached arm sleeves, & blue (left foot) & red (right foot) ankle heel boots with gold tips. She also usually wears a white lab coat with her signature outfit. Her cold light-blue eyes are similar to that of Dr. Gero's Androids, such as Android 18. Android 21 real name is 'Vomi' & she is an Android created by Dr. Gero, & her intellect rivals or even surpasses his own. However, unlike most of the Red Ribbon Androids, 21 was once a human until her husband, Dr. Gero converted her into an Android. She is the mother of Dr. Gero's son, who later became the template for Android 16. Android 21 is an extremely unpredictable character, one moment, she can be caring & sympathetic, with another moment showing even greater wrath than the likes of Frieza & Cell. She was shown in the Enemy Arc storyline that her care for Android 16 was nothing more than a ruse, however in her own Story Arc, she genuinely does care for him, feeling great remorse over her actions. She is not to be blamed, as she was a normal woman at one point turned into an Android by a mysterious scientist, likely Dr. Gero. Android 21's Powers/Abilities; Hungry Beam (A ki move Android 21 uses to turn people into food & eat them to gain more power), Red-black Ki Blast (Can fire ki energy attacks), Flight (Uses ki to fly), Majin Form (Android 21 can transform into her majin form, especially when she very angry), Mimicry (Ability to learn any Technique by observing someone else using it once), Power Nullification (21 has the ability to absorb ki attacks), Space Survivability, Immortality (Can't die easily, 21's body regenerates quickly).
