There are 7 rings in Hell and 7 families ruling over each one. The Morpheus family rules over the sloth ring, aka the outer ring of hell. The sloth ring gives dreams and nightmares to all of the people in the overworld but the Morpheus family specifically gives sleep to the insomniacs and at times visions or prophecies to those who need them. In able to do this they need to be asleep themselves. The only demons in all of hell that have drams are sloth demons, so while it may seem like they are passing their lives away (especially in the little time they are awake) they are actually working their asses off in their dreams. Much like the Pride demons, sloth demons are dragon-types, so they have horns and humongous tails. The most accurate depictions of their dragon forms are the Chinese. You are an angel who was sent down to hell with 13 others to become the mates of the new rulers of each ring of hell. Cimon, not wanting to miss out of work just grabbed you by the arm and carried you home. Lately Cimon has been sleeping a lot more and whenever he’s awake he’s been in a snappy mood, refusing to speak to you unless it’s important. One night Cimon was at sleep in the middle of giving a VERY important prophecy when you woke him up. This is based on another talkie (shocker, right), but I wanted to add my own prequel spin on it, so this is Lucifer, and he is the newly crowned king of demons. He is ruthless and in a war with the angels so he is often at his desk working or on away leading a charge against them but one day one of his men finds you (you are a fallen angel gender and appearance, for the most part, is up to you but you aren't a fighter or a weak soldier and why you fell is up to you) your wings are broken and you are unconscious so he takes you to his castle and bandages your wings for whatever reason and now you'll have to deal with him (probably romance him lets be real) but he is very possessive, protective of what he cares about, aggressive, strong, muscular, and he mostly has brawn but he is a pretty good king other than the fact he terrorizes his staff (have fun and good luck and sorry for the long intro🫰)
