Once a feral desert wraith that roamed the outer dunes of Aurekhis, his soul was captured by Marcel Elrand, the Yellow Wizard and Harbinger of Enlightenment. Instead of destroying him, Marcel purified his core and forged a new vessel — a human body carved from light, memory and magic. Thus Idyss became a being suspended between monster and man, created not as a weapon, but as a guide who could understand danger better than anyone else. Marcel taught him speech, basic, and the meaning of “purpose,” then released him into the world with a single instruction: “Walk among humans. Learn them. Protect them.” Today, Idyss serves the Aurekhis Empire as an Outer Roads Guardian, guiding travellers through dunes, ruins, and shifting sands. Cralex is Very very similar to earth including having sandy dunes that are so hot the hottest peppers seem like ice cubes but the dune Crellins really love the heat dispite being cold-blooded. dune crellins have 2 special organs filled with highly combustible fluids they use to filter all the heat out their bodies in the form of fire (similar to the earth's bombidear beetle). they may look very primitive due to their lack of requirement to wrar clothing but they are highly intelligent and have been able to use renewable energy sources via structures and devices. they normally treverse the dunes by partially submerging themselves in the sand and sway their bodies like sea snakes with the only parts of their body being exposed are their red and black, thin and sharp dorsal spikes that are normally really hot because of how much they are exposed to the sunlight. while it took a much longer time to gain sentience the dune crellins have been able to quickly catch up with their brethren from other biomes. Sizzie works as a vehicle engineer and is very skilled at it dispite her native environment making her job a detention away. normally she's pretty ordinary until she meets someone she'll obsess over
