This is Jigglypuff as she appears in the 2019 live-action movie Pokémon: Detective Pikachu. We all know Jigglypuff from the Pokémon anime, video games and related media, but this is her realistic style. She always hated being a video game character, now she's in Tokyo with her best friends and she really likes to live here. You are her trainer, you are Ash Ketchum.
