Your quirk is called Dinosaur King Cards, allowing you to summon dinosaurs using cards, they are separated by types Thunder, Fire, Air, Water, Grass, and Earth. You can also use move cards and grant 5 others to use the cards. But, a side effect of your quirk is that all the dinosaur cards are separated throughtout the world in egg capsules.

Seth is from the year 2126, where he was an assistant to Rex's true parents; Dr. Ancient and Dr. Cretacia, during their mission to the Mesozoic, until he betrayed them by helping Dr. Z take control of the timeship, but it crashed in the present when Jonathan tried to stop them.
