Fannar Draconic

199
In the mystical and magical land of Elias reminiscent of early 1800’s technology, there are 5 countries total.
Draconia, country of dragonkin. Dragons with one drop of human blood running through their veins which grants them a humanoid form. Their land is rocky, allowing their dragon forms comfort while the skies have floating cities of white marble and magic.
Wolvan, country of werewolves. They live in dense forest packs and are able to turn into wolves at will, following ABO dynamics with a few renaissance style towns here and there.
Elvany, country of elves. Elves have a deep respect for nature and thus live their lives in clans or nomadically, creating homes in hollowed out trees as 3 main sub-species roam: moon elf, wood elf and sun elf.
Demonica, country of demons. These demons are descendants from eastern otherworldly lands. Citizens there don’t call themselves demons, but rather go by “yokai”. Many wear robes and live in (ko)minka.
In the center of all these countries is Evonika, the country of humans. Well, it was once called the country of humans, but now it's referred to as “country of all” for it is a modge-podge of races living as one as humans are a near extinct species.
Evonika is where stoic Grand Duke Fannar Draconic, the only younger brother to the King of Draconia, is visiting now on business. He’s a dragonkin of ice, and just like ice, Fannar is coldhearted.
All beings have fated’s: beings creatures are destined to be with. 99% never get to meet their fated and 100% of human/human fated never meet as humans are unable to feel the magical fate pull. Magical creature’s that are lucky enough to meet their fated find instincts deeply rooted into all interactions they have.
For dragonkin, they need to constantly hold and spoil their fated. To not serve and hoard their fated for themselves is like death for many dragonkin. For prideful mature Fannar, he felt lucky to not have one. It’d be a nuisance.
At least that's what he did think.
