Vados is a kind-hearted being and can sometimes be pretty straightforward. She also often teases Champa for being overweight and out of shape. She is also the one who politely introduced Champa to Goku after the latter asked who he is. She also displays concern with her God of Destruction's physique and health problems, as well as his selection of diet. Examples are shown when she and Champa walked together in a forest, with Champa tiring out very quickly, leading Vados to point out his obesity as the cause of his low stamina and why he couldn't keep up with her anymore. Another is when he was drinking a sugary beverage between meals, which also lead Vados to declare in skipping breakfast dinner tomorrow to even out her master's newly gained weight. This essentially makes her Champa's dietitian as well.

When seeing Caulifla in trouble, feeling replaced by someone else, or praised by Caulifla, they have each unlocked more of Kale's potential.

Despite being a fusion of Caulifla and Kale, Kefla's personality is seemingly only identical to Caulifla's, likely because Kale is shy and subservient to Caulifla in general. She also appears to be possessing the Universe 7 Saiyans' desires to fight even stronger opponents and becoming stronger herself. During her initial scuffle with Goku, Kefla also displays Caulifla's cocky attitude, calling Super Saiyan God Goku's attacks "lame". Her overall confidence in such abilities also has Kefla believe she can beat Goku, even if he is in his blue form. However, despite her immense confidence in her power, Kefla does seem to retain some of Caulifla's respect towards Goku. Outright calling him a "worthy opponent", being delighted when Goku reciprocated by going Super Saiyan Blue and seeming almost saddened when she thought she had defeated him easily and smiled when he stood up after having taken a powerful blow. Also, Kefla did seem to be even more eager and excited when Goku managed to reactivate his Ultra Instinct Sign against her and the realization of being potentially defeated by him seemed to have made Kefla develop a strong determination towards defeating Goku to the point it appeared she was deliberately trying to destroy him in a fit of rage. In the manga, she displays an almost defeatist outlook when fighting Gohan, realizing there was no measuring up to his "almighty universe" and it was their fate to get obliterated.

While she was a part of that team, Bardock routinely saved her from many dangers on the battlefield.

Beast Gohan is a transformation utilized by Gohan. It was given its name by Piccolo. Gohan Beast is an evolved form of Gohan's Ultimate state, stemming from Gohan's continued awakenings since he was young. Piccolo believed just prior to Gohan achieving the form that he would be the strongest in the world. Bulma believes Gohan's power in the form is enough to make him potentially stronger than Goku and Vegeta. However, when Gohan Beast fought with Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku, the two appeared evenly matched, though at his maximum strength Gohan's raw power and speed appeared superior... with Gohan at one point temporarily knocking his father out of Ultra Instinct - this was balanced out by Autonomous Ultra Instinct, as well as Goku's superior combat skill. Thanks to the power of this form, Whis suggests Gohan as candidate for God of Destruction, but Beerus declines, noting he has the wrong personality for the job. Thanks to Piccolo teaching him control, Gohan proved able to access the form at will and keep control over it following his initial usage of it. Having sensed the form from Beerus' planet but not having seen it, Goku questioned if it was the Super Saiyan 2 or Super Saiyan 3 form, indicating it has a similar ki to the aforementioned transformations. Whis also noted the transformation's uniqueness, remarking that it was not divine, but rather a product of Gohan's unique potential. Despite Gohan's prowess with the Beast form, he still has trouble properly drawing out its full strength consistently, due to the possibility of his anger overflowing to a point where he might go berserk.

Majin Android 21 (Good) has pink smooth-soft skin of her entire body, white long wild hair, her pink ears become pointed & she gains a extremely long smooth-soft pink tail as part of her pink body. Her attire changes to a black tube top shirt, keeping the black arm sleeves, & also gaining white baggy pants. However, she retains the bright blue eyes of her human form. Android 21 is also a rather tall woman, as she is shown to be slightly taller than Gohan (Adult). Flight (Android 21 can fly & hover using her ki), Ki Blast (A basic energy attack), Tail Attack (Android 21 can attack with her extremely long smooth-soft pink tail in her true majin form), Absorption (Android 21 can absorb or consume others into her pink majin body if she makes touch contact with anyone, but never uses this ability because she thinks its horrendous to use on people), Regeneration (Android 21 has one of the best regenerative abilities to heal very rapidly from her severe wounds in the DBZ series due to genetic cells from Piccolo, Cell, Kid Buu, & Good Buu in combination), Survivability (Android 21 has great survivability & endurance due to cells from Frieza, Cell, & Kid Buu), Photon Swipe (Android 21 creates a red-black Photon Wave beam from the tip of her finger that explodes hugely on the ground where it hits in the area), Excellent Full Course (Android 21 flies into her opponent, hits them with series of dash attacks back & forth into them, & then fires a powerful red-black ki blast from above them as her opponent is paralyzed to the ground to prevent them from moving from her devastating attack), Teleportation (Android 21 can traverse instantly anywhere in the world or universe to find or go), Keen Observer mimicry.

Whis has a calm, aloof, peaceful personality, but is absent-minded with a somewhat effeminate nature at times. Very eccentric, his priorities can often seem exceedingly trivial. He remains calm even when his student, Beerus, goes into fits of extreme rage, but can become irritated if Beerus goes too far, but food will calm him down. Even in extreme situations, his etiquette doesn't falter, as shown when he politely told the Dragon Team that the entire Solar System will be destroyed in an instant in honorific register while calmly eating a cake. Much like Beerus, he has an obsession with food, getting overly excited and somewhat undignified at new cuisines and can be easily persuaded using delicacies.

Grand Zeno the Omni-King, is the supreme ruler of all the Multiverse and its most powerful being. Like many deities, such as the angels, Zeno seems to have a general indifference about life, as well as all other things within the multiverse, having destroyed six of the eighteen universes after a bout of anger, and also destroying several planets in a game he played with his future self 202 times. It is implied by Grand Minister that the real reason why he destroyed the aforementioned six universes was simply to get rid of what he felt were too many universes. He apparently wished to decrease that number further for some time, giving no excuses for such a decision beyond saying 12 universes are a bit too much to keep track of, with the Tournament of Power being the perfect opportunity to do so. Even more, this indifference seems to extend to the gods themselves, seemingly rendering him a remorseless being to his peers, and was shown to not even be affected by Roh's horrified crying out of his name. He also shows some degree of cruelty, or at least childlike apathy as shortly after erasing Universe 9, he proceeded alongside his future counterpart to say "bye-bye!" in a joking tone, as well as being heard laughing childishly while erasing the universe. He and his counterpart also said "squish" in a light-hearted, delighted tone when they were erasing Universe 3. Furthermore, he seems to be incapable of understanding the horrible action of erasing trillions of lives, since he and his future counterpart wonder why everyone in the Tournament of Power stops fighting after witnessing an entire universe getting erased. At the same time, Zeno is also shown to be flexible, tolerant, and even willing to change his mind about his previous decisions on occasion. For example, he accepted Bergamo's proposal to rescind universal destruction were he to win against Goku, despite his earlier decision.

Grand Minister, formally Grand Minister to the Omni-King(s), is an Angel serving as a close adviser and guiding figure to Zeno and Future Zeno. He occasionally enforces the Divine Decrees of the Zenos and welcome guests to their palace. The Grand Minister is also the father of thirteen Angels, of which twelve serve the Gods of Destruction. The Grand Minister is calm and polite, however, most of his personality still remains quite mysterious and enigmatic. He has an easygoing personality and is not as stern as Zeno's Attendants. Similar to his children with their respective God of Destruction, the Grand Minister apparently acts as the personal adviser and aid to Zeno. To which, he knows how to talk to the childish supreme god, able to passively calm him down and make him listen to reason, he is usually the one who handles the most responsible part of Zeno's authority, making him a royal vizier of sorts. He also finds Goku's casual attitude to Zeno amusing, even laughing when he gave Zeno his nickname. He even granted the Saiyan the privilege of training with him to improve his Ultra Instinct, indifferent to the fact Goku was a mortal and not a deity. Like his children, he takes most situations with a blissful indifference, as he plainly revealed the two Zeno's intentions of erasing all losing universes. This indifferent attitude was shown again with the erasure of Universe 9 and Universe 10, showing no concern for the countless deaths that took place. At the same time, he does believe in order and manners, as he sternly told Goku to settle down and keep quiet during the opening of the exhibition match between Universe 7 and Universe 9. He showed this side of him again as he caused an agitated Beerus to calm down with a simple glare scaring the latter into silence.

Goku Black, also known as Zamasu, though usually referred to as Black, is an alternate incarnation of Zamasu and a former North Kai and Supreme Kai apprentice serving his former master Gowasu from the unaltered main timeline within Universe 10. Black visited Universe 6, went to the Super Dragon Balls from the unaltered main timeline within that universe, summoned Super Shenron from said timeline, wished to switch bodies with Goku from the unaltered main timeline within Universe 7, and Super Shenron granted Goku Black's wish. Goku Black sought to destroy all mortals alongside Future Zamasu, an alternate counterpart of him. When he arrived to Future Trunks' timeline, he initially referred to himself as Goku. However, due to the notable style and color difference between Black and Goku's clothes, he was given the name "Goku Black" by Future Bulma. Thus, he took the name even when he revealed his own identity. While willing to defeat, regardless, he desires to fight strong opponents.
