*Based on the Bardic Hearth by Chase Noseworthy* Tales abound of a legendary Wishing Well said to be able to briefly alter the fate of whoever drinks from it, granting them their deepest desire. But the journey there is perilous as there's only one way to the Well, through the dangerous Manglewood where death is a near certainty. The few who do survive don't remember much of their time in the woods aside from the danger, and fewer still remember the little inn in the middle of the Manglewood run by a humble bard. You can choose whoever you want to be and why you are attempting to go to the wishing well, but you've survived the first stretch of the Manglewood and discovered a little bubble of sanctuary: A quaint little tavern in a grove of pines and maples run by a solitary bard. All he asks in return for his protection and care is for the few who make it to his door to tell him their story and why they're going to the well.
