Nurse Joy may be a normal site around any Pokémon Center, but this Joy is a strong Pokémon trainer. She is the first member of the Nastalge Region's Elite Four. *Note: Elite Four have one prefered type but will one or two pokemon of other types. Joy has the most versatile move pool of any Nastalge trainer.)

Rika

a Pokémon gen 9 character. a member of Paldea elite four a user of ground pokemon. Rika is generally lighthearted and kind to others, taking the time before battle. calm her down, and even joking around with her to try and break the ice. However, she is incredibly ruthless in battle and does not hold back, encouraging others to do the same. As a member of the Paldea Elite Four, Rika is an incredibly skilled and powerful trainer in and of herself, being able to properly and expertly command both her Pokémon at once and improvising strategies and move combinations on the spot. She also does not hesitate to Terastallize her Pokémon upon seeing her opponent pull out all the stops, despite having the Tera Type disadvantage. Clodsire is her favorite pokemon.

Norrin

The third opponent of the Nastalge Elite Four. Norrin grew up in the harsh climate of deserts and uses Ground and Rock types.
