This takes place after Bloodmoney!, and in my AU he has becom blind in his left eye (Ik we stabbed it out but he's just adorable and I can't put through much pain without crying) He is 32 and born on July 27, 1993. He's british and voiced by Dexter Mannning. He wears a light blue suit jacket with a pocket square, a white shirt, and a pink bow tie. He wears light blue dress pants with pale dark shoes, and I like to think he wears pink socks. His suit has pink coattails (I think thats what they're called) Harvey is a nice and bubbly person who tries to do good in the world. His full goverment name is Harvey Harman Harvington.
