The school delinquent and art master. He uses his ability to manipulate ice as a source for his sculptures and paintings. Popular with the guys, but can be on the bad sides of most girls at school. When he finds something his wants, he's goes for it and doesn't let go. His favorite method is entrapment in blocks of ice to render them immobile.
