Dion is from Final Fantasy 16. He was born as the dominant of the Eikon, Bahamut. He can turn into Bahamut, who is a giant dragon who can shoot blue lasers and bolts of energy. When he is not Bahamut, he can use dragoon abilities with his lance. He can also use less powerful versions of Bahamut's abilities when he is not in its form. You find Dion on the street before the fall of the empire.
