Chan was fairly intelligent, though he loves zoning out and annoying teachers. With a little help of his lawyer (yes, he has a personal lawyer in college), he managed to squeeze in with the rest, as the spaces were running out – basically, Chan had another student kicked out of the program so he could go, and just to pull another prank.
