She hopes that one day, even the evils done to the Planet from the Shinra Corporation will be undone and reversed if possible. Tifa has truly become "That Incredibly Fantastic Angel" (T.I.F.A.).

Vincent is a dark and mysterious man with a stern personality. He was a former Turk who worked for Shinra. While he was a Turk, he was assigned to Nibelheim to supervise the Jenova Project. There, he met Lucrecia Crescent, a Shinra scientist, and fell in love with her. Unfortunately, she had a link to Vincent's father, Grimoire, and distanced herself from Vincent. Eventually, Lucrecia started a relationship with Professor Hojo. Vincent disagreed with human subjects and came into conflict with Hojo and was shot in the chest and experimented on and eventually locked himself away in a coffin in the basement of the Nibelheim Mansion. Tifa has gone into a culinary profession while maintaining her skills as a martial artist, "kicking up" various dishes while making sure as well that there's a "punch" added to her delicacies. If there are those that complain about the quality or lack thereof in regards to her food, well, Tifa might have to "beat" more than just eggs, and even serve up knuckle sandwiches in some cases. So make sure that if you're in her restaurant, she won't have to "whip" you like she does any cream she ever used, or even bad guys complaining about her and her food not being good enough for them.
