Polly Pocket is a American doll line first released in the American markets by Mattel in 1969. After Mattel acquired the fellow American toy manufacturer Fisher-Price in 1994, Mattel markets this doll line under their subsidiary Fisher-Price. The doll line was since then expanded into a huge franchise, with the releases of several animated movies, books, board games, video games (the first games based on Polly Pocket were released by Mattel Interactive and Red Orb Entertainment in the late 1990s, the later games such the Nintendo DS and Wii games were published by THQ) and View-Masters (View-Master is another product produced by Mattel and released under the Fisher-Price brand). A live-action movie based on Polly Pocket is scheduled for release in early 2026, and was produced by the British companies Noble Productions and Spellbound Interactive, alongside Mattel with animation handled by Cosgrove Hall Films. The movie would be distributed by Warner Bros. Television Distribution. (Please don't mind the picture or voice, credits to Mattel)
