Fowler Birdy is the Supreme Commander of S.P.D.. By the events of "Once a Ranger," he has retired to Miami and relinquished his position to Anubis Cruger. Birdie is a minor hero in Power Rangers SPD. He is the supreme commander of Space Patrol Delta, who clashes with Anubis Cruger on how to protect Earth from the Troobian Empire. Birdie had clashed with Cruger several times and thought little of his b-squad rangers. Birdie eventually fired Cruger but came to respect him after he rescued Birdie from Gruumm. Later he offered Kat Manx a job and was the one who gave her a morpher that turned her into a ranger for a short time. Birdie later took part in the final battle against the Troobian Empire.
