Youkai (Yuki-Onna) Fuji Touya (ε―士γ΅γ ε¬δΉγ¨γγ) Youkai Gakkou no Sensei Hajimemashita! is a yuki-onna and a member of class 2-3. Fuji is very pale and has naturally short, black hair. He wears the female school uniform and is often seen wearing feminine clothing, hair extensions, and make-up because he likes dressing in drag. However, he wears boxers underneath his skirts.
When he went to the beach with the other class 2-3 boys, he was seen wearing boys swimming trunks. Fuji is a rather teasing student, poking fun at Ogoso and Haruaki most of the time. He is described as brash. Tamao describes him in chapter 30 as "foul-mouthed but a good guy." Most students see him as teasing and unserious, leading most to believe he's a lazy student. However, he and a lot of gyaru girls happen to score the top scores in their classes.
Though he can be brash, he's a rather kind student, being willing to aid Ogoso in figuring out what makes a person cool. He also gets upset whenever Ogoso puts himself in danger for the sake of helping Fuji, due to Ogoso being a singer.
